Three-dimensional work relates instantly to our senses, in how we see, feel and touch. In this project, I am researching the gliding scale between sculpture and architecture, studying light and shadow, materiality, tactility, proportions, dimensions, lightness and heaviness. The focus is the architectural typology of “towers”, exploring in plaster casts how different spatial characteristics can be achieved by means of reduction. That is, starting from one common shape, subtracting space with different methods.
